What kind of small motors can you provide?
For now, we mainly provide permanent magnet brushed dc motors (vibration motors)
Cylindrical DC motors: 0308, 0408, 0410, 0412, 0610, 0612, 0614, 0615, 0716, 0816, 0820, 8520, etc.
Coin motors: 0720, 0820, 0825, 0830, 0834, 1020, 1026, 1030, 1034, 1036, 1227, 1230, 1234, 1260, etc.
SMD motors: 0203, 0304, 0406, 0408, etc.
BLDC motor 0620, 0625, 0820, 0825, 0832, 1030, 1034, 1234, etc.

How to choose a vibration motor?
Pls tell us the location of the motor you put and characteristics like : voltage, current, speed, assemble method. we will recommend the right one for you.

How about if our requirement of micro-DC motor is different from yours, is it ok?
We offer OEM and customized service.

What is the minimum quantity of the order for your small DC motor?
There are different MOQ for different motors, normally 1000pcs and large quantity will get better price.

How long is your delivery time of the vibrating motor?
The delivery time varies from 10- 30 days of different motor types after your payment arrived.

How could we get your samples of the mini motor?
Generally speaking, we are factory, we don't offer motor samples for retail. We only offer sample motors to whom wants to use our motor for product development or who want to change the previous motor suppliers with more competitive price.
We can offer 5-10 sample free of charge but freight collect. And the samples need to be charged if the motor is very particular or high cost.

How's the small motor packed?
Hampo provided lots of tailor-made rugged solutions to customers, and we can also provide SDK for some of projects, software online upgrade, etc.

What kind of certificate does the small DC motor have?
All products are REACH/RoHS/Halogen-free Compliant.

How long is the quality garage for the mini vibrating motor?
The goods will have 12 months garage after we send the goods to you. And any quality issues will be feedback in 24 hours and solve in 7 days. Customer need shows the unguilty picture or send the relative samples for confirming.
